PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Union Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Saront uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser which you can click to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
Saront's URL is also using a "https" domain which ensures that your connection is secure and safe using encryption methods to protect your sensitive data such as passwords or credit card numbers.
Saront is also registered with Shopify. This ensures that your information is kept private between your web browser and our web server.
If your card issuer is based in the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You’ll be directed to a dedicated page to enter further information or asked to authorise the payment using your mobile phone. Once completed, you will return to Saront
PAYMENT CURRENCIES
All payments are made in AUD. If you are paying with a currency that is different from AUD, our payment processor will accept your payment and convert the currency for you. If you are making international payments, you are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or other associated costs.
TAXES
The customer is responsible for any applicable sales taxes, VAT, or other government fees that may apply to the payment for services or products.
If taxes or additional charges apply, these will be clearly indicated on the invoice.
DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If you have concerns regarding a payment or invoice, please contact us at contact@saront.com.au We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks that are deemed to be unjustified or fraudulent as well as refund any payments that we deem as fraudulent and or suspicious.
SAVED CARD DETAILS
To make shopping quicker in future, you have the option to safely store your credit card details.
Your full card details will never be displayed, only the last four digits so that you know which card you’re using.
You can choose not to save your card details by unchecking the box on the payment page. If you change or add a new address, you’ll need to re-enter your card details.

Saront reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and the updated policy will be available on our website or through direct communication.
